About the Site
forgeai.now is an informational website describing Forge AI and our compliance product, ForgeComply. The Site allows you to learn about the product and to book a demo. Use of the ForgeComply product itself is separate and governed by a distinct commercial agreement — nothing in these Terms grants you access to the product.
Permitted use
You may browse the Site, request a demo, and read or share its content for non-commercial informational purposes.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the Site
- Submit forms in bulk or otherwise abuse our contact channels
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission
- Use the Site’s content to train machine-learning models
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, code, logos, illustrations, and product positioning — is owned by Forge AI or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
“Forge”, “Forge AI”, and “ForgeComply” are trademarks of Forge AI. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You may quote brief portions of the Site with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions or mirror the Site.

The Site may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Linking to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of it.
Forms and demo requests
By submitting a demo request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it on behalf of your organisation. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of the information presented, or that the Site will be free of errors.
Information on the Site is general in nature. Specific product capabilities, validation posture, security architecture, and pricing are discussed under appropriate confidentiality during demo conversations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Forge AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
- Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to one hundred pounds (£100)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
