About the Site

forgeai.now is an informational website describing Forge AI and our compliance product, ForgeComply. The Site allows you to learn about the product and to book a demo. Use of the ForgeComply product itself is separate and governed by a distinct commercial agreement — nothing in these Terms grants you access to the product.

Permitted use

You may browse the Site, request a demo, and read or share its content for non-commercial informational purposes.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the Site
• Submit forms in bulk or otherwise abuse our contact channels
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission
• Use the Site’s content to train machine-learning models

Intellectual property

By submitting a demo request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it on behalf of your organisation. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Forge AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
• Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to one hundred pounds (£100)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
