About Forge AI

Rigor and speed were never supposed to be a trade-off.

Forge AI builds the software that lets regulated-hardware teams move at engineering speed while meeting the standards their markets demand — with every judgment still made by the people accountable for it.

Why Forge exists

Regulated hardware moves slowly for a reason that no longer holds. The work that slows it — tracing requirements, mapping standards, assembling evidence — was manual because no tool could read a product the way an engineer does. That constraint is gone.

Forge builds a live model of a product and reasons across it, so compliance keeps pace with engineering. The judgment stays where it belongs: with the qualified people accountable for it. We are building the execution layer for compliance in regulated hardware — and holding it to the standard it enforces.

What we hold to

Three commitments that govern everything we ship.

  1. 01

    Rigor is the product

Every output is traceable to the standard, the requirement, and the evidence behind it. Nothing is asserted that can't be walked back to its source.

  2. 02

    Humans hold the verdict

Forge drafts, maps, and flags; qualified people decide. Every AI action is logged, attributable, and reversible.

  3. 03

    Proof over polish

We show real product and real posture — no invented scale, no claims we can't stand behind under audit.

Leadership

Built by people who have shipped regulated hardware.

Forge is led by engineers with 15+ years bringing regulated hardware to market — the exact process ForgeComply now runs. It's built by people who have sat on the manufacturer's side of the audit table, not studied it from outside. ForgeComply is built to run live product contexts across regulated hardware — from day-one reports through submission packs.

For fifteen years, I watched compliance take the best hours from the best engineers I knew. I built Forge so it stops taking yours.

Security & governance

Built to the standard we hold your product to.

Forge is engineered as audit-grade infrastructure. Our security and compliance posture is a documented program, available to partners under NDA.

  • 01

    Tenant isolation

Every customer's product context is isolated; it is never used to train shared models.

  • 02

    Complete audit trail

Every AI action is logged, attributable, and reviewable — by design, not as an add-on.

  • 03

    Human sign-off gate

Nothing finalizes without a qualified human decision. Forge is a co-pilot, not an autopilot.

  • 04

    SOC 2 Type I

Active program, in progress. Documentation available to partners under NDA.

  • 05

    GAMP 5 / 21 CFR Part 11

Built to computerized-system-validation and electronic-records principles.

  • 06

    Data handling

Regional data residency and dedicated hosting; sub-processor list available under NDA.

How every output is verified

Checked by an agent. Signed off by a human.

Every output is designed to move through the same three stages before it reaches you — each one logged and attributable.

  1. 1

    Forge generates

The AI drafts the evidence, mapping, or gap analysis from your product context.

  2. 2

A checking agent is built to verify

An independent verification agent is built to review every output against the source evidence and the applicable standard, flagging anything unsupported before it reaches you.

  3. 3

    Your team signs off

A qualified person reviews and approves. Nothing finalizes without human sign-off.

Nothing reaches you unchecked. Nothing ships without sign-off.
