Design-partner pilot

Put ForgeComply on your next submission.

A paid, fixed-term pilot on your real product, not a demo dataset. We’re taking a small group of regulated-hardware teams. You get the product as it ships and a direct line to the engineers building it. We get your hardest compliance work to build against.

What you get

Your product and your deadline. Not a sandbox.

  • 01

    Your product context

Your requirements, risks, tests and standards, worked against a live or upcoming submission: 510(k), EU MDR, PMTA or the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

  • 02

A say in what we build next

Pilot teams set the order we build in. You talk to the engineers writing the code, not an account manager.

  • 03

    Your team keeps the verdict

ForgeComply is built so every draft is checked by a second, independent AI and signed off by your engineers before it counts.

What we ask

Four things. None of them paperwork.

A real submission
Live or coming up in the next year. A 510(k), an MDR technical file, a PMTA, CRA conformity, or a standards revision you have to absorb.
A named engineer
One person on your side who owns the pilot and can say what “done” looks like.
Blunt feedback
An hour every couple of weeks telling us where it fails you. That is worth more to us than a good reaction.
A fee
Fixed term, paid, priced against the consultancy spend it replaces. We quote after the first call, once we’ve seen the scope.

How it starts

From first call to your product in the tool.

  1. Step 1

    30-minute call

Your product, your submission timeline, and where compliance is costing you engineering time.

  2. Step 2

    Scope and quote

A one-page proposal: what the pilot covers, the success criteria, the term and the fee.

  3. Step 3

    Pilot starts

On your product context, with checkpoints against the criteria we agreed at the start.

Built for founders, CTOs and engineering leads at 5–50 person regulated-hardware companies. Medtech first; vape and other regulated hardware alongside.
