This Privacy Policy explains how Forge AI (“Forge AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit forgeai.now or interact with us through this website.

We are a UK-based company building compliance-execution tooling for regulated hardware engineers. We aim to be transparent about what we do with your data.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you book a demo, you submit your name and work email, and optionally a free-text description of your product and timeline. We treat anything you put in the free-text field as confidential.

Automatic information. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, browser type, referring URL) collected by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used: Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated, and Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics runs with Consent Mode v2, and advertising storage is denied for all visitors. Outside the EEA and UK, analytics runs by default and you can opt out at any time via our consent banner; inside the EEA and UK, analytics runs only after you accept. If you decline, Google Analytics sends aggregated, cookieless pings only. We do not use advertising trackers or session-replay tools.

Cookies. Essential cookies may be set by infrastructure providers solely to deliver and secure the website. Outside the EEA and UK, analytics cookies are set by default; you can opt out via our consent banner, after which no analytics cookies are set. Inside the EEA and UK, analytics cookies are set only if you accept them via the banner. We do not set advertising or marketing cookies.

We rely on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR:

• Compliance with a legal obligation — where required

Who we share it with

We use a small number of carefully chosen service providers to operate the website. They process information only on our instructions:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — processes demo form submissions and forwards them to us
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts the website and provides cookieless Web Analytics
• Google (google.com) — provides Google Analytics 4 usage analytics, subject to your consent choice
• Our email provider — receives correspondence sent to our hello@ address

We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose information only when legally required, when necessary to operate the service, or when we have your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

• Demo requests: up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact, then deleted or fully anonymised
• Server logs: typically 30–90 days
• Email correspondence: as long as required for our legitimate business purposes

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your information.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion (the “right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission is ever fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to industry standards.

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will reach out to recent demo-request contacts directly.
